Dry roast the almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and poppy seeds in a pan on low heat for about 5–7 minutes until they release a nutty aroma.
Let them cool completely.
Collagen Powder
In a dry blender or food processor, grind the roasted ingredients into a fine powder.
Add the dried amla powder, rose petals powder, beetroot powder and moringa powder to the blender. Pulse again to mix everything evenly.
Storage
Transfer the powder to an airtight glass jar.
Store in a cool and dry place for up to 2 – 3 months.
How to Use
Morning Drink: Mix 1 tablespoon of the collagen powder with 1 teaspoon of organic honey in a cup of warm water. Stir well until fully dissolved and drink on an empty stomach.
Add 1–2 tablespoons to warm milk, smoothies, or yogurt.
Sprinkle over oatmeal, porridge, or desserts.
Mix with honey or ghee for a natural energy booster.
