\n3 drops of lemon flavor (lemon baking oil)
\n1 tsp rum
\n1 packet of vanilla sugar

Continued on the next page1. First, separate the eggs. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the remaining ingredients, including the egg yolks, in a bowl, mix, and finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
\n2. Then pour the quark mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-covered baking dish.
\nAlso very tasty: Heavenly cake with 1 jar of sour cherries baked in the oven in 30 minutes
