Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C. Season the duck with salt and pepper, then bake for 1.5 hours. Baste it regularly with its juices.<br \/>\n2. Squeeze the oranges and lemon to extract the juice.<br \/>\n3. In a saucepan, melt the sugar with the vinegar until it forms a caramel, then add the juice of the oranges and lemon.<br \/>\n4. Stir in the stock and simmer until you get a smooth sauce.<br \/>\n5.
