Fluffy Vanilla Sponge Cake<\/p>\n

Ingredients:

\n\u2013 170g (3\/4 cup) of granulated sugar
\n\u2013 4 large eggs
\n\u2013 2 tsp of vanilla extract
\n\u2013 220g (1 3\/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
\n\u2013 2 tsp of baking powder
\n\u2013 1\/2 tsp of salt
\n\u2013 115g (1\/2 cup) of unsalted butter, melted and cooled<\/p>\n

1. Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
\n2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over low heat until it is just heated through.
