1\/2 cup (100 g) unsalted butter, chilled and cubed<\/p>\n

1 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n

1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n

1 egg<\/p>\n

For the Cream Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 cups (500 g) sour cream or Greek yogurt<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar<\/p>\n

2 eggs<\/p>\n

1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n

1\/4 cup (30 g) cornstarch<\/p>\n

  1. Prepare the Dough:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.<\/p>\n

    Add the chilled butter and mix until the texture is crumbly.<\/p>\n

    Add the egg and mix until it forms a soft dough. Divide the dough into two parts (one slightly larger than the other). Wrap both in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n
