So when we heard about these\u00a0<strong>Salted Caramel Cracker Bites<\/strong>\u00a0we were immediately intrigued. They\u2019re reminiscent of the famous Christmas cracker candy, but holding off on the chocolate (allowing the caramel to shine!) and using bite-sized oyster crackers instead of saltines. That means they\u2019re even more snackable and dangerous\u2026 but in the best way!<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS :<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 9oz package oyster crackers<\/li>\n<li>1 cup butter (2 sticks)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREPARATION How To Make Salted Caramel Cracker Bites :<\/h5>\n<p><em><strong>Continue Reading in next page<\/strong><\/em><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Pour crackers onto parchment paper and spread into an even layer.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and then stir in the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until dissolved.<\/li>\n<li>Bring the mixture to a boil while continuously stirring. Continue cooking the bubbling mixture for 2-3 minutes until it thickens and lightens in color.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and immediately pour over crackers. Fold the caramel into the crackers until evenly coated. Top with salt.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 7-9 minutes, watching that the caramel doesn\u2019t burn.<\/li>\n<li>Allow crackers to cool then break them into small clusters.
