Taste test.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a pot of water to boil, blanch cabbage leaves for about 45secs. Remove &amp; quickly plunge them in icy water to stop the cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Place one cabbage leaf on a cleaned surface.
