6 pieces of puff pastry, thawed and cut into 6×4 inch rectangles
\n3 peaches, sliced
\n3 tablespoons honey
\n1 egg, beaten

Easy Peach Puff Pastry Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Thaw puff pastry sheets.
\nSpread 1\/2 tablespoon of honey in 3 lines on parchment.
\nArrange about 6 peach slices over honey lines, drizzle 1\/2 tablespoon honey.
\nLayer thawed sheets, roll with pin, cut into 3 pieces (6×4″).<\/p>\n

Position pastry piece over peaches, seal edges, creating 3 pieces.
\nWhisk egg, brush for golden color. Bake ~10 minutes until golden.
\nCool for 10 minutes, flip pastries, sprinkle powdered sugar, if desired.<\/p>\n
