Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.<br \/>\nCook the Onions and Garlic:<br \/>\nIn the same skillet, add the sliced onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are softened and start to caramelize.<br \/>\nAdd the minced garlic and cook for another minute.<br \/>\nMake the Sauce:<br \/>\nPour in the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar (or white wine).
