\n\u00b01 tablespoon of herb seasoning and garlic
\n\u00b01 tablespoon of olive oil
\n\u00b01 tablespoon of butter
\n\u00b01\/2 sweet yellow onion
\n\u00b03 cups of beef broth
\n\u00b01\/4 cup tapioca pearls
\n\u00b01\/4 cup cornstarch
\n\u00b02 tablespoons of tomato paste<\/p>\n

\nSeason the roast with spices with herbs and garlic.<\/p>\n

Heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat in a skillet or multicooker.<\/p>\n

Brown roasts on both sides and transfer to slow cooker with carrots and potatoes.<\/p>\n

Make a paste of cornstarch by whisking until smooth with 1\/4 cup water.<\/p>\n

Whisk cornstarch with all remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker.<\/p>\n

Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours until fork tender.<\/p>\n
