\nIngredients:
\n1lb.Shredded chicken
\n2C.Instant Rice
\n2C.Chicken broth
\n1Can Cream of onion soup
\n1Can Cream of chicken soup
\n\u00bcC.Butter unsalted
\n8oz.Velveeta cheese food
\n\u00bdC.Heavy whipping cream
\n\u00bcC.Milk
\n1Bag frozen broccoli
\nPanko bread crumbs, optional

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
\nCook the broccoli as directed in the microwave and drain.
\nPlace the 2 cups of chicken broth in a saucepan on the stove over high heat and bring to a boil.
\nAdd the rice to the boiling chicken broth, remove from the heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
\nStir the butter and velveeta into the cooked rice in the saucepan.
\nIn a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and cooked broccoli.<\/p>\n

Add the cheesy rice mixture to the mixing bowl.
\nPlace the two cans of soup, milk and heavy whipping cream into the mixing bowl. Stir everything together completely.
\nLayer the mixture into a well-greased 9\u00d713 baking dish.
\nTop with panko bread crumbs if desired.
\nBake for 25-30 minutes until browned and bubbling.<\/p>\n
