Roll up carefully<br \/>\nWith the help of plastic wrap or parchment paper, begin to roll the meat gently, pressing lightly so that the roll is compact and tightly closed. Place the roll in a previously oiled baking dish and brush its surface with a little olive oil. Then, pour the half cup of broth or white wine into the base of the dish to maintain juiciness.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, occasionally bathing the roll with its own juices so that it is very tender and golden.<\/p>\n<p>6.
