Delicious Chicken and Green Onion Stir-fry Recipe
\nIngredients:
\n2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
\n3 tablespoons soy sauce
\n1 tablespoon cornstarch
\n1 tablespoon vegetable oil
\n1 bunch green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)
\n2 cloves garlic, minced
\n1 tablespoon ginger, minced
\n1\/4 cup chicken broth
\n1 tablespoon honey
\nSalt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
\nHeat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
\nAdd white parts of green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.<\/p>\n
