Sourdough bread pieces or panko breadcrumbs 1 cup
\nOlive oil 2 tablespoons
\nGarlic cloves 2, minced
\nKosher salt To taste

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Lightly grease an 8\u00d711 inch baking dish.
\nSaut\u00e9 Aromatics and Spinach:<\/strong>
\nIn a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the finely diced onion and saut\u00e9 until softened and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and crushed chili flake and cook for another minute until fragrant.<\/p>\n
