Ingredients:
\n1 teaspoon chia seeds (5 g).
\n1 glass and 1\/2 of water (300 ml).
\nOne lemon 1 tablespoon honey (25 g).

Preparation:
\nLeave 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to soak in half a glass of water (100 ml) for an hour. Then add the lemon juice and mix it. Finally add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten.<\/p>\n

Another way to consume chia seeds is in yogurt, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chia to a yogurt of your choice (if you want to lose weight look for a skimmed one) and consume it immediately, you can also let it rest for about 20 minutes, the chia will grow making the yogurt thick.<\/p>\n
